100 YEAR CELEBRATION EVENTS

Creative exploration at Camp Oak awaits. Our young guests will enjoy immersive themed programming curated to the Ojai experience. Camp Oak incorporates arts and crafts, science experiments, scavenger hunts throughout the resort grounds, and a host of other activities to keep our campers engaged and eager to learn.

By partnering with Art Box Academy, Camp Oak’s programming includes educational projects and daily themed lessons while incorporating Ojai’s rich history and highlighting the flora and fauna that surrounds us. Campers will have the opportunity to explore themes such as Chumash Native Americans, Space Camp, Color Wars, Critter Connection, and Around the World.

Camp Oak is pleased to welcome children ages 4 to 12 beginning May 1, 2022. Half and full day sessions available, along with Night Camp on Saturday evenings. Pricing varies. Registration is required 24 hours in advance. Please contact Discover Ojai at (866) 887-4007  to reserve.

Jumpstart your wellness journey with a guided hiking tour of the beautiful Ojai Valley. Ojai’s Wills-Rice Canyon trail offers an easy/moderate 2-hour hike through three Ecosystems: Oak Meadow; Riparian Canyon, and Chaparral. An experienced and knowledgeable Trail Guide will lead the group on the 4.6-mile loop with 580 feet of elevation. The trip begins by crossing the usually dry Ventura River, passing a recently restored oak meadow, and then gently climbs through Wills Canyon and into the “enchanted forest”. You will exit the forest and begin a half-mile climb with 275 feet of elevation which rewards you with beautiful views of the canyon and surrounding hill, culminating at the saddle with an unobstructed view of the Ojai Valley. An easy downhill 1.8-mile trek through Rice Canyon completes the loop.

9:30 AM - 2 PM every Sunday at The Oak

Enjoy live bluegrass music and our signature brunch buffet Sunday mornings at The Oak. Indulge in classic breakfast favorites, a carving station, raw bar, seasonal salads, decadent desserts, and more.
