What is check in/check out time?

Check-in time starts at 4 PM. Check-out time is at 11 AM.

Do you provide roll-away beds or cribs? Is there a charge?

Rollaway beds and complimentary wooden cribs with luxury bedding are provided by the resort, upon availability. The fee for a rollaway bed is $50 (not available in all double rooms and select others due to fire code). Please note, these are based upon availability and cannot be reserved ahead of time.

Do you have high-speed wired internet and/or Wi-Fi available?

We are pleased to offer complimentary high speed Wi-Fi in guest rooms, pool areas, resort lobby, and throughout the resort.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Ojai Valley Inn is committed to providing guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited in all public spaces (indoors and outdoors), as well as in guest rooms, including on balconies and patios. We kindly ask that you be mindful of those around you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any reservation cancellation or changes to date of arrival less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit 1 night's room deposit.

Do you have a resort fee?

Yes, an additional $60 plus 15% occupancy tax charge will be added to your room rate (per room, per night).

The Daily Service Charge includes unlimited local and toll-free phone calls, nightly turndown service, full access to Fitness Center and daily Mind & Body Classes, complimentary daily Linus Bike use, select newspapers & magazines available through in-room tablet, daily newspaper delivered upon request, Nespresso machine with high quality espresso or coffee, and unlimited use of Ojai Valley Inn tennis courts.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Yes, the chefs at Ojai Valley Inn have created a unique variety of delicious fare for you and your guests to enjoy while staying with us. We offer In-Room Dining from 6:30 AM - 10 PM daily and a limited after hours menu. Menus can be found on your in-room tablet and QR code. 

Breakfast Menu Available 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM. All Day Menu Available 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Late night Menu Available 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

Do you have a Fitness Center? What kind of equipment does the Fitness Center have? What are the hours of the Fitness Center?

Yes. The Ojai Valley Inn has a Fitness Center. The gym is well equipped with a curated selection of cardio equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, kettle-bells, and more. Guests of the Ojai Valley Inn are welcome to use the gym daily. Hours vary. The gym is limited to ages 16 and up only.

Do you have a business center?

The self-service business center is located off of our lobby.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

The Ojai Valley Inn accepts all major credit cards. Both debit cards and credit cards are accepted. Checks are not acceptable as a form of payment.

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

Most questions and issues can be resolved with the help of our front desk team. If the issue cannot be resolved right then and there, you may send an email to [email protected] and our Accounting team will be able to assist.

I want to ship a package to arrive before or during my stay. Do you allow this?

Yes, as long the package is marked Ojai Valley Inn, ATTN: Name of Guest

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

Spa Ojai is open from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM daily. Advance reservations are required. Please visit www.spaojai.com for more information.

Do you offer car charging stations?

Ojai Valley Inn is pleased to offer electric vehicle charging to guests. We currently have seven 220 volt Tesla chargers.

Do you have a pool? What are the pool hours?

Yes. We have four pools at Ojai Valley Inn. Opening and closing times vary for each pool. We have one adult pool, Indigo Pool, and one family-friendly pool, the Pixie Pool, with hours from 7 AM - 9 PM. The Inn also has two pools at Spa Ojai, Tranquility Pool and Energy Pool with hours from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM. The Ojai Valley Inn also offers VIP cabanas and private cabanas at both the Indigo and Pixie Pool. The Indigo Pool features an adult poolside dining experience with a full bar, and beer, wine, and food offerings. The Pixie Pool caters to families and offers kids favorite foods and parent’s poolside indulgences.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

Yes. The Ojai Valley Inn is pet friendly. To preserve the experience of all our guests, a certain number of pets are welcomed daily to the resort.

There are no weight, height or breed restrictions. When booking your guest room, please let us know if you wish to bring your pet as certain rooms and fees apply per our canine-friendly policy.

Do you have a pet fee?

Yes. There is a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee, per pet, per room. $300 for second pet, with a 2 pet maximum per room.

Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?

Yes, the Ojai Valley Inn has designated rooms that do not allow pets.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?

Grass areas are designated throughout the resort. Please remember to pick up after your pet.
