In a town renowned for its long history of enthusiasm for tennis, Ojai Valley Inn puts great emphasis on our racquet sports. Whether you’d like to improve your game, just have fun, or try your hand at a wildly popular sport, our tennis and pickleball offering pairs an idyllic year-round climate and scenic backdrop with a top-notch program. Our modern, multi-court Tennis Center was voted one of the “Top 50 Tennis Resorts” by Tennis Magazine. Now, we’ve added pickleball for even more on-court action.
RATES & INFORMATION
Our courts are open to registered resort guests and golf members. Court fees are complimentary and available with advanced reservations.
Proper court shoes are required. Running shoes and cross-runners, such as Hoka, Converse, Sketchers, and Vans, are not permitted. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact Concierge at (805) 640-2002 to reserve your court.
RESERVE COURTS
Four lighted, hard-surface tennis courts and two pickleball courts are available for guest and member reservations, both day and evening.
Please contact Concierge at (805) 640-2002 to reserve your court. As we are the host site for the Men’s and Women’s “Open” Singles and Doubles Championships, held in the last full week in April each year, note that tennis court time is very limited during this timeframe.

ACADEMIES
Seasoned players are invited to advance their skills at one of our tennis academies. Available upon request with advanced reservations. Three-player minimum.
ADULT TENNIS ACADEMY
- 60 minutes: $60 per person
- 90 minutes: $85 per person
- Limited to six players per coach.
JUNIOR TENNIS ACADEMY
- Ages 4-7 – 60 minutes: $60 per person
- Ages 8-17 – 90 minutes: $85 per person
- Advanced reservations required. Limited to six players per coach.

HOURS
Our courts are open daily for all-day and lighted night play, from 7:30am to 9:30pm.
Tennis Pro Shop hours are 8 AM - 12 PM & 1 PM - 5 PM Monday - Saturday and 8 AM - 1 PM Sunday.
