Booking Conditions

Any reservation cancellation or changes to date of arrival less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit 1 night's room deposit.

Hotel requires a 1 night credit card deposit at the time of booking.

Yes, an additional $60 plus 15% occupancy tax charge will be added to your room rate (per room, per night).

The Daily Service Charge includes unlimited local and toll-free phone calls, nightly turndown service, full access to Fitness Center and daily Mind & Body Classes, complimentary daily Linus Bike use, select newspapers & magazines available through in-room tablet, daily newspaper delivered upon request, Nespresso machine with high quality espresso or coffee, and use of Ojai Valley Inn tennis courts.

Ojai Valley Inn is a designated non-smoking hotel. Smoking of any kind (includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, or other) is not allowed in guestrooms, guestroom balconies, guest hallways, public spaces or common seating areas, restaurants, guest shuttles, or within 20 feet of Main Entrances, exits, open windows, or designated working stations (bell coordinator, bike kiosk, ect).  If a guest is in violation of this policy they will be immediately asked to refrain and comply with our Hotel Non Smoking Policy

The Ojai Valley Inn accepts all major credit cards. Both debit cards and credit cards are accepted. Checks are not acceptable as a form of payment.

To ensure the peace and tranquility of all guests, we ask for your assistance with the following if you plan on brining a pet:

• Pets must be leashed at all times while on the property.
• In order for housekeeping to service your guestroom, you must be present or the pet must be removed from the room.
• Dogs are not to be left unattended while on the property or in guestrooms. If your dog is left unattended and barking occurs, we may interrupt your resort activities or services.

If there is any damage to the room caused by your pet, the cost of repairs will be charged to your account. You will also be responsible for any compensation given to other guests staying on the property due to a disturbance caused by your pet and this will be charged to your account. The pet owner hereby represents to Ojai Valley Inn that their pet is not inclined to bite, and that in the event that their pet bites causing injury while on the Inn premises, the owners hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Inn from any liability which the Inn may incur, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees, relating to such dog bite.

There is a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee, per pet, per room. $300 for second pet, with a 2 pet maximum per room.
